    Yes, there are lots of different door, roof and exterior finish options available.
    How long do concrete garages last?

    The concrete panels should last up to 40 years.
    Do I need a solid concrete base?

    Yes, concrete garages are very heavy, the average single garage will weigh in excess of 2.5 tonnes. We cannot place a garage on paving slabs, tarmac or block paving.
    Does my garage require any maintenance?

    If your garage has timber fascias/vergeboards, then these require a coat of paint every year to keep them in good condition. The PVCu fascias and vergeboards require a clean down with soapy water every now and then.
