A cosy snug fit for a bride!
Brief – To create a cosy snug just in time for our customer’s daughter’s wedding. This building was used on the morning of the wedding for bridal party make-up and hair preparations. The customers also required a composite deck to give them an inside and outside entertaining area.

What to expect when designing a garden room with Paterson Gardens
1. Book Your Visit
Get in touch via email or phone to find out more and book your visit to our show village.
2. Design Phase
Our team will guide you through a specifications form so that we can create your dream garden room design.
3. Approve Your Quote
We will send you details of your design and a quote for your project.
4. Finishing Touches
We will invite you back to our show village to choose your exterior finish colours, interior finish colours and laminate flooring. At this stage we ask for a deposit equating to around one third of the total cost of the project.
5. Building Phase
We get to work! We will complete the build within the time frame given to you when you approved the quote. Our lead time is usually around 10-12 weeks, but it can take slightly longer during busy periods or holiday seasons.
6. Installation
We will arrive at your house/premises to build your garden room. This usually takes between 3-5 working days to complete.

Can I use my garden room all year round?
Yes, the building will be fully insulated and lined and fitted with a thermostat heater.
Do you cover the groundworks for the building?
Yes, we can install the base for your building and any other relevant groundworks required such as decorative paving or composite decking.
Do you have your own electrician?
Yes, all of our garden rooms are priced to include electrics – spotlights in the overhang and internally, an electric thermostat heater and 3 double sockets.
Can you paint my garden room before installation?
Yes, we can price to paint your garden room before we install it and we can also do the internal painting too, giving you a ready to go garden office, gym, entertainment room or chill out space.
Do you deliver and install all of your buildings?
Yes, but the cost for this is always built into the quote. There are no hidden costs for our builds.
Are all of your garden rooms built to my specifications?
Yes, you take the lead when designing your building and then we create something amazing that fits into your available space. You will receive a sketch of your garden room to approve before installation.
Which cladding option is the longest lasting/less maintenance?
Our composite cladding range is the most durable material and the maintenance involves a simple wash with hot soapy water.
How thick is the insulation used?
We use 30mm Kingspan to keep your energy costs low, and keep you cosy on those cold winter days!
Can the windows and doors be ordered in any size?
Yes, all of the uPVC units are ordered in to suit your building requirements.
Can I choose the size of my garden room?
Yes of course, all of our buildings are built down to your specifications.
