A range of uPVC windows that keep your summer house bright and temperature controlled

What to expect when designing a summer house with Paterson Gardens

Our process ensures you receive an individualised service so that together we can create your ideal outdoor space.
book visit

1. Book Your Visit

Get in touch via email or phone to find out more and book your visit to our show village.

design phase

2. Design Phase

Our team will guide you through a specifications form so that we can create your summer house design.

approve quote

3. Approve Your Quote

We will send you details of your design and a quote for your project.

finishing touches

4. Finishing Touches

We will invite you back to our show village to choose your exterior finish colours, interior finish colours and laminate flooring. At this stage we ask for a deposit equating to around one third of the total cost of the project

building phase

5. Building Phase

We get to work! We will complete the build within the time frame given to you when you approved the quote. Our lead time is usually around 10-12 weeks, but it can take slightly longer during busy periods or holiday seasons.

installation stage

6. Installation

We will arrive at your house/premises to build your garden room. This usually takes between 3-5 working days to complete.
